• What features are included in the premium subscription?

  In addition to all basic features, you can enable usage report which counts how your pages views for every time the widget is shown. HelloConsent widget will work on any subdomain(Unlimited) AND main domain. You can remove the HelloConsent branding text, customize the widget to fit your website colors, and have access to priority support.

• How do I use HelloConsent?

  You should copy the code provided for your domain to all pages on your website or a shared template/layout if available.

• Does the widget affect the speed of my website?

  We have optimized the widget to make sure it has minimal impact on the speed of your web site.

• Do you offer refunds?

  We don't offer any refunds; all sales are final. We however have a basic version so that you can try our service before purchasing the premium.
